The Laboratory conducts research on mathematical modeling of socio-economic systems. The main directions are studies of multiagent systems, network effects in macroeconomics and game theory, and effects of risk-sensitive learning in games. Particular attention is paid to methods of statistical physics in solving multiagent game theory problems
